Roles & Responsibilities :

• Source candidates by using databases and social media
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
• Keeping track of all interviews to be done in a day
• Ensuring interviews are conducted well ensuring enhanced candidate experience
• Strong coordination between candidates, and hiring managers
• Working closely with other recruiters to have seamless interview and selection process
• Maintain dashboards , trackers to see progress
• Manage candidate experience through surveys /feedback tool

Preferred Course : BBA/MBA/Or any other graduation that makes you customer savvy.
